1.       A student who misses an examination or C.A. Test will not be allowed re-examination. He cannot appear for it later.

2.       A student who remains absent from class the day/days before a semester exams will not be allowed to appear for the examination unless allowed by the Principal.

3.       Parents Must Not Send their children for an examination / Unit Test when they are ill or recovering from illness. If the absence is justified, the fact will be taken into consideration while calculating the aggregate.

N.B.:- Guardians/ Students are requested not to approach the Principal for Re-Test. Re-tests will not be taken for any C.A./S.A.

4.       85% attendance is compulsory for appearing in Summative Assessments.

I.       School Timing :

SUMMER (April to October)

Winter (November to March)

II.      Release of Students during School hours:

In case of emergency, the students will be released on the following conditions:

1.       A special permission granted by the Principal.

2.       The student should be accompanied by the Parent/Guardian whose name is mentioned in the Admission Form.

3.       A third party whose bonafide is verifiable and authorized in writing by the Parents/Guardian.

4.       The Person accompanying the children will sign the “Student Sign out register” kept in the office.

III.    Attendance:

B. R. Memorial Senior Secondary School is very particular about the attendance and punctuality of the students. The students should attend their class regularly and they should reach the school on time. Regularity and punctuality are one of the most important trait of great people and this aspect will have an effective bearing in the future life of the students and in the long term will help them to mould their life as good citizens.

IV.     Leave:

Student’s absence will be excused in case of any emergency for valid reason like:

(1) Illness

(2) Medical appointment

V.      Withdrawal : A full working calendar month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice must be given before the pupil can be withdrawn. Those who leave school in March/ April must in all cases pay the fees for the months of May and June also. Transfer Certificate is issued only when all the dues of the school are settled.

Indiscipline, irregularity in attendance, damages of school property, non payment of school dues, are sufficient grounds for issue of compulsory T. C. (Transfer Certificate).
